As part of a specialty offering within a fully-integrated Capital Markets Group, they established a respected multifamily advisory practice and generated $200 million in transactions within two years. Before Brown Gibbons Lang, Bill worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he was instrumental in re-establishing the company’s Midwest multifamily sales advisory platform. Bill also held previous roles at NAI Hiffman, Hendricks & Partners, and Draper & Kramer.
